The power of the Abyss is up for grabs! It's time to seize the throne and its perks. In this game, you'll try to gain influence over ocean kingdoms. Win support from the council of Lords, team up with the right allies, and control key spots. Only the one with the most influence can rule the Abyssal people. Abyss is a development, combination, and collection game where you take control of strategic locations in an underwater city. First, win allies in an auction. Then, recruit Lords by turning in required sets of allies. Finally, use Lords to control locations, sacrificing their powers. The game ends when a player recruits their 7th Lord or when the Court can't be refilled. Earn points from controlled locations, recruited Lords, and other things. The player with the most points wins!

To play Abyss, start by participating in the ally auction to win some allies. These allies are important as you'll need to turn in specific sets of them to recruit Lords. Once you have your Lords, use them to gain control of strategic locations in the underwater city, but remember you'll sacrifice their powers in the process. Keep an eye on the number of Lords you recruit and the state of the Court. The game ends when you recruit your 7th Lord or when the Court can't be refilled. Try to earn as many points as possible from controlled locations, recruited Lords, and other small things.
