To play this game, first set up the Arctic Circle battlefield using the included map and place the over 100 plastic miniatures. Decide who will be G.I. Joe and who will be Cobra. Each turn, players move their miniatures, attack, and defend according to the classic Axis & Allies rules with the G.I. JOE twist. The goal is for G.I. Joe to stop Cobra's Weather Dominator threat. When handling the plastic miniatures, be careful not to break them. After each play, store the game in a dry place to keep the pieces in good condition.
