To play Lofoten, start by choosing your longship and getting ready to head to the market. At the market, pick different types of merchandise. Remember, each kind has a special scoring rule. Once you've loaded up your longship, sail back to your clan. During the final scoring, make sure you've got more Power Points than the other Jarl. As you play, keep an eye on the scoring system to plan your moves. There's no need for any special maintenance of the game components.
