To play Munchkin Cthulhu 2: Call of Cowthulhu, shuffle the 56 - card supplement into your Munchkin Cthulhu deck. Draw cards as normal and use the new monsters, weapons, and Madness cards in your game. When you encounter a Madness card, follow the curse - like effect but also enjoy its special advantage. Watch out for special characters like Old Man Nodens and his Doggoth. Use your Prize - Winning Preserves to defeat the Arkhamster. Keep the cards in a dry and cool place to prevent damage. Avoid bending or folding the cards during play. If the cards get dirty, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth.
