To release it faster, we've tweaked the configuration while keeping all the great stuff and value. The 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II packs have double the Ultra & Secret Rares per pack, giving you twice the chances of getting 'luxury rares' like Quarter Century Secret Rares, 'Prismatic'-style Ultimate & Collector’s Rares, and Platinum Rares. We've reduced the packaging, so you'll need to open fewer packs to get the same number of cards you want. With double the cards per pack, about two-thirds of packs should have at least one 'luxury rare', and around a third should have more than one. You might even get up to six 'luxury rares' in one pack! Every card in the set comes in every rarity, with 3 'standard' rarities and four special 'luxury' rarities.
