In Bot Factory, your aim is to collect projects and parts, then build bots to meet demand goals and enhance the bot's value. Sandra, the factory manager from Kanban, moves around different departments and uses players' spaces. The game features the same worker - placement mechanism as Kanban, where turn order is set by workers' positions on the board.

To play Bot Factory, start by gathering projects and parts. Use these to assemble bots and try to meet the demand goals. Each time you complete a goal, the value of the bot you're making goes up. Sandra, the factory manager, will move around different departments and use your space, so be prepared for that. As for the turn order, it's based on where the workers are on the board. There aren't really any special maintenance needs for this game, but keep the parts in a safe place to avoid losing them. And remember, have fun while playing!
