Hey Yo is an exciting card game set to the beat. All players play cards along to a shared music chart, aiming to create great rhythms and score points. It comes with a small dedicated device to enhance the gameplay. When the music cues, players must play a card. If you can't keep up with the rhythm, you'll be penalized, so quick communication is key to decide which cards to play. You can even use your own music to set the game's rhythm. This game includes two identical decks of cards. You can either play cooperatively with 2 - 5 players or have 4 - 10 players split into teams for a competitive showdown. Each character has an upgrade shop. You can choose any available stats to upgrade for your characters in any order and spend tokens to get those upgrades. Once a character is fully upgraded, they unlock a unique special power. When a character is killed, the killer earns victory points from the upgrade shop card, and the killed player draws 'zero' cards from the 'zeroes' pile and adds them to their discard pile. The killed character respawns in their base but loses a turn. The first player to reach ten victory points wins the game.

To play Hey Yo, first, set up the game by getting the two identical decks of cards ready. You can either connect the small dedicated device to play with the provided music or choose your own music.
