Build skyscrapers and develop transport in the vibrant city that never sleeps! This game is played over 5 game - rounds. First, players deal out cards in sets of two, with the number of sets equal to two times the number of players plus one extra. They then draft pairs of cards in turn until they have 4 cards and draw 3 more from the deck. Next is the bidding round. Players play cards to bid for action strength, and the highest bidder gets a bonus. Actions include advancing on the Press track, getting money, taking characters with special abilities, obtaining building plans, getting prestige points, and placing skyscrapers. The game runs over six rounds (one per borough). Borough values are randomly assigned each game. The player with the most skyscrapers in a borough gets full value, the next half, and so on. Points are also given for certain characters, and the player with the most points wins. Based on Stefan Feld's previously designed game, Rialto.

To play this game, start by dealing out cards as described in the game description. Draft your cards carefully to build a good hand. During the bidding round, think strategically about which actions you want to prioritize. Each borough has different values, so try to place your skyscrapers in the most profitable ones. Remember that the more skyscrapers you have in a borough, the more points you'll get. Be aware that the values of boroughs are randomly assigned each game, so be flexible with your strategy.
